Paula joined the University in 2013 after spending several years in the private sector working in digital content management.
She has worked within the School of Social and Political Science as a Web and Communications Officer, with responsibility for:
- Social media management
- Digital content design
- Information architecture design
- User journey mapping
- User Acceptance Testing
In 2019 she moved to central Communications and Marketing as part of a project to enhance prospective student web content.
