Paola Azzurra Massidda
Clinical Teacher in Veterinary Opthalmology
Azzurra graduated from the Universita’ degli studi di Sassari (Sardinia) in 2010. She worked in general practice for 2 years before moving to Northern Italy where she undertook a rotating internship followed by an internship in Ophthalmology. In 2016 she moved to the UK and worked in general practice for 2 years and then started a residency in Ophthalmology at Dick White Referrals in Cambridgeshire. In 2020, she joined the Ophthalmology Service of the Hospital for Small Animals. Although she enjoys all aspects of Ophthalmology, Azzurra is particularly interested in corneal and retinal diseases.
