Background
Nicole is a former University of Edinburgh student, graduating with a degree in Social History in 2008.
After several years working in Spain and the UK as a content manager for a Spanish tech startup, Nicole joined the Prospective Student Web Content team in October 2021 as a Content Design Support Assistant.
Working on the operations side of the team, she is responsible for supporting colleagues across the University with queries related to prospective student content, as well as the annual UG and PG degree finder updates.
Project activity
The operations team in PSWC also contributes to continuous improvement projects carried out by the rest of the team.
Most notably, Nicole and her colleague Louis undertook an extensive audit of prospective student content across the University web estate, including central services and schools, in preparation for the work of the wider team to design a replacement for the degree finder.
