Background
Previously worked as a Commerical & Marketing Director, prior to joining the University of Edinburgh.
In 2009, my first role was managing the administration team in the Vet Teaching Office at the R(D)SVS, prior to moving into marketing their new animal welfare centre (JMICAWE) and project managing new postgraduate Master programmes at The Dick Vet.
In 2014 I joined the Centre for Clinical Brain Sciences, where I am responsible for the marketing of Neuroimaging Sciences and now the Edinburgh Imaging Facilities .
In 2019 I moved to the Deanery of Clinical Sciences, to be Project Manager for their Athena SWAN submission in April 2020.

Responsibilities & affiliations
ATHENA SWAN
Collating responses from the staff survey (for Athena Swan) across the 17 centres, which sit within the Clinical Science Deanery and Molecular, Genetic and Population Health Sciences Deanery, in order to analyse the data and incorporate details over the last 5 years, for the 2020 AS submission.
Assist with organising events and supporting the Athena SWAN Steering Committee.
Updating website and social media platforms providing details of Athena Swan events, as well as Equality and Diversity training.
EDINBURGH IMAGING
Marketing Edinburgh Imaging Facilities and associated imaging modalities to both internal and external markets.
Marketing the research carried out in any of the Edinburgh Imaging Facilities to our stakeholders.
Marketing the Edinburgh Imaging Academy and its associated programmes to new and existing postgraduate students
Updating social media platforms
Dealing with press and PR requirements for researchers
