Biography

Background

Before completing a Bachelor Degree in Monetary and Financial Economics at the University of Yaoundé II, Ludovic completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at the University of Douala and taught Industrial Techniques in high schools in Cameroon. Afterwards, he obtained a MSc in Economics from the University of Helsinki and worked as Consultant for UNIDO in Vienna.
