Background

Louis works as an Associate Content Designer (Operations Support) within the Prospective Student Web Content team's content operations team.

Louis is part of a multi-disciplinary team that practices human-centred design to improve the digital experience for prospective students.

From a marketing background, Louis has experience working for non-profit organisations in the UK and New Zealand.  

His responsibilities as part of the content operations team include: Managing content triage tasks while working to provide an efficient and satisfying website experience for prospective students.  A big part of Louis' role includes working on undergraduate and postgraduate degree finder refresh projects.
