Background
As the Head of Operations, I provide operational leadership to LTW, with overall responsibility for financial and resource management.
I ensure our projects are well run and our services meet the needs of our community.
I represent LTW on a number of strategic change programmes.
Qualifications
I started my career in banking and studied for / achieved Membership and then Chartered Banker status with the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
