Background
I qualified as a registered veterinary nurse from Edinburgh Telford College in 2009 before going to work at a mixed general practice in Paisley. I moved to University of Glasgow Small Animal Hospital in 2014 where I specialised as an internal medicine nurse, while working initially on my Diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing, and then my Msc in Advanced Nursing Practice. I moved to the R(D)SVS in 2022 to join the Ophthalmology department as their service nurse.
