Responsibilities & affiliations

Assisting with the administration of the School's Student Support Office

Dealing with student queries and problems, referring students on to the Student Support Officer, or to their Personal Tutor or to other appropriate support agencies

Providing administrative support for Personal Tutors

Assisting with the collation of 'Special Circumstances' information for Boards of Examiners

Assisting with Confirmation of Attendance at the start of session and with ongoing student attendance monitoring and follow-up

Providing administrative support for student feedback processes including student reps, Staff-Student Liaison Committees, course feedback forms

Providing administrative support for student events such as Open Days
