Background
Kara is responsible for the provision of key support functions in order to assist the School in the implementation and development of human resource related process and services.
This includes responsibility for the recruitment processes within the School assisting both hiring managers and potential candidates, coordinating guaranteed hours contracts, HR records management and all other general HR enquiries.
