Biography

Background

James studied PPE for his undergraduate degree at the University of Warwick, with a year spent studying Economics at the University of Mannheim. He then completed his MSc in Economics at Durham University, before working at the University of Exeter as a health economist, undertaking health technology assessments for the NHS.
