Research summary

The majority of my scientific activity is focused on faculty development and continuing professional development (CPD), which I find important for improving the quality of healthcare services. The main goal of those projects is to help healthcare organizations and institutions create supportive learning environments that enable healthcare professionals to continuously develop their skills and knowledge throughout their careers and enhance the quality of care they provide to their patients.

Current research interests

My current research interests include exploring how different approaches to teaching might affect motivation and effectiveness of the educational process. Together with our team, we investigate the impact of different educational interventions on professional development of healthcare professionals and their self-efficacy through in-depth analysis of existing and potential barriers and facilitators as well as learning environment design. Additionally, our work aimed at understanding the evolving needs and challenges faced by healthcare professionals in today's rapidly changing healthcare landscape and developing tailored CPD programs to address those needs.

Past research interests

My previous scientific work was focused on interprofessional education and collaboration among healthcare professionals. My PhD Thesis aimed at designing an educational intervention for promoting interprofessional collaboration among pharmacy and medical students. I also participated in some projects in the field of social pharmacy and pharmaceutical care.
