Dafni Sivolapenko

Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery Resident

Background

Dafni is a resident in Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery based at the Hospital for Small Animals. She has a particular interest in neurosurgery and feline neurology, and she is involved in both clinical work and research.  Dafni graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies of the University of Edinburgh in 2015. She has spent two years in small animal general practice, and has completed a small animal Junior Clinical Training Scholarship at the University of Bristol. She obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Practice upon completion of her rotating internship in July 2017. Dafni returned to the Dick Vet in 2018 as a neurology intern and then started her residency in 2019. Dafni is also studying for a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
