Background
Aodi graduated from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor degree in Economics in 2012. Then she obtained a MSc degree with distinction in Economics at the University of St Andrews.
Research summary
Her research interests lie in Contract Theory and Labor Economics. She is currently working on limiting sabotage in teamwork settings.
