Resident in Small Animal Medical Oncology

Background

Angus graduated as a veterinarian from the University of Edinburgh. He then undertook a rotating internship at the Hospital for Small animals, Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies. Throughout his undergraduate studies and rotating internship he developed a keen interest in veterinary oncology, and opted to pursue further training in this subject by completing a specialist internship in small animal oncology at the R(D)SVS. After completion of this internship he started a combined Internship/Residency in Medical Oncology in March 2022. He enjoys all aspects of small animal oncology, but has a special interest in anal sac adenocarcinoma as well as the medical management of canine round cell tumours including mast cell tumours and lymphoma.
