Responsibilities & affiliations
- Planning and coordination of the University's student recruitment operations in Africa
- Managing the portfolio of recruitment agents on the continent
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders that include government bodies, sponsors, school counsellors and sector influencers
- Maximising conversion of qualified applicants
- Market research, engagement and development
- Advising of recruitment opportunities and risks to internal stakeholders
- Supporting University partnerships
