Thesis title: Structural and functional analyses of Nanog and Sox2 in ESCs

Background

I graduated from the University of Glasgow with a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry in June 2018. My PhD project focuses on investigating the structure and function of embryonic stem cell transcription factors Nanog and Sox2 using cryo-electron microscopy. I work between the Chambers group (SCRM) and Spagnolo group (Glasgow).

My PhD is part of the MRC Precision Medicine doctoral training programme.
