Intention to Submit forms

Two months prior to your submission date, you should complete these forms through the online system and contact the School Postgraduate Office to let them know you have done so. It is important to do this in good time so that all arrangements are in place for the examination of your thesis by the submission date.

Please remember to let the School Postgraduate Office know that you have completed the online forms so that they can be picked up for processing.

Binding and formatting

The following document shows the preferred layout for the spine of final bound PhD theses. If your thesis is longer than 300 pages in length you may have to have it bound in more than one volume - please seek advice on this from the binders.

If you require a PDF document in an alternative format, such as large print or a coloured background, please email or contact the Postgraduate Office.
