Edinburgh women in philosophy

The Edinburgh Women in Philosophy Group (EWPG) created the New Enlightenment Lecture in 2012 as a prestigious, annual event and for a prominent female philosopher to deliver a lecture on a topic of her choice.

Following last year’s success, the New Enlightenment Lecture this year will be delivered by Professor Genia Schönbaumsfeld (University of Southampton), preceded by a roundtable discussion.
