Congratulations to Professor of Philosophy of Science Michela Massimi, Professor of General Linguistics Geoff Pullum and Professor of Language Evolution Simon Kirby, who are among 324 eminent scholars to be invited to the distinguished membership following a rigorous peer-review process.
Promoting research excellence
They join the Academia Europaea, an academy with a membership of over 3800 leading scholars in the humanities, letters and sciences in Europe.
It acts as a coordinator of European interest in national research agencies, encourages the advancement of excellence in interdisciplinary research and promotes a wider appreciation of the value of European research among the public of all ages.
