Location, opening hours, and who to talk to
The Teaching Office are here all year round to answer questions, and provide support relating to your assessed work for study years 1-4. From the start of the 2020-21 academic year in September 2020, as a response to COVID-19, our team is available digitally.
- Email - we are working Monday to Friday between 1000-1300 and 1400-1700 BST.
We hope you’ll understand why we aren’t able to offer our usual drop in at the office in Dugald Stewart Building, at the moment. However, if you get in contact, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can; we cannot answer phone calls at this time.
What we do
The Undergraduate Teaching Office deals with all undergraduate assessed work from years 1 - 4.
It provides administrative and clerical support for staff and for students on all undergraduate courses and programmes. It deals with the handling of student materials such as course and programme handbooks and guidelines; timetabling of classes and room allocation; recording of assessment results; co-ordination of exam boards and external examiners.

Head of Undergraduate Administration: Moira Avraam
Moira Avraam is responsible for the provision of support and guidance for all undergraduate teaching administration.
