Strategy
This is a single equality strategy to ensure that equality and diversity are guiding principles in our pursuit of academic excellence. Its introduction coincides with the implementation of the Equality Act 2010 and builds on its principle of integrating equality and diversity in policy and practice.

This document sets out the University’s Equality Outcomes for the period 30 April 2021– 29 April 2025. These Outcomes align with the University’s Strategy 2030 and reflect the University’s priorities with regard to equality, diversity and inclusion.
This report provides an update on progress made in mainstreaming equality, diversity and inclusion across the institution, and progress in delivering on our Equality Outcomes 2021-2015.
