If you are from the UK or EU and are considering studying with us, then you can visit the University to learn more.
We are holding three Undergraduate Open Days in 2017 which will offer a much fuller experience than our information sessions. However, if you are unable to visit the University for an Open Day you can instead attend an information session and tour.
Whilst we cannot provide the full range of activities available at an Open Day, we will give you a short tour, a quick introduction to life at the University and the opportunity to ask us any questions that you may have.
Please note that you will not be able to meet tutors, visit specific subject areas or view accommodation as part of these sessions.
If you have already applied to, or are currently holding an offer from the University of Edinburgh, please note that our post-offer visits may be more suitable for you.
You will find out about student life at Edinburgh, including:
Please note, these sessions will include a tour of the University’s central George Square campus area so you do not need to book this separately.
Our next information sessions will take place in autumn 2017 during the UK half-term holidays.
Following these, our next information sessions will be held in February 2018.
If you are an international student from outside of the European Union, please refer to our international students’ activities and online sessions.
If you wish to visit the University outside of these sessions or open days, you can book on to one of our student-led tours which take place two days a week throughout the year.
