Coronavirus (Covid-19) updates for staff and students

Mental health and wellbeing support

We recognise that self-isolation can be hard and we have a range of resources to support you.

Our Listening Service is available 24/7 if you want to talk to someone about any concerns or anxieties you may be having.

If you are in university accommodation and struggling, please speak in the first instance to your Resident Assistant (RA) or warden. They can help you access other services if needed.

Visit our Health and Wellbeing website for the full list of support and resources available to our students
