The webform is monitored between 10am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays and we aim to get back to all enquiries within three working days of receipt. If you would like a response by phone, please include a contact number in the body of your enquiry.
Covid-19 Hotline for students and families
The University is continually reviewing and improving the support services available to our students and their families. You can now contact us via our Covid-19 telephone hotline, if you would like to speak directly to a member of staff.

Reporting self-isolation and/or a positive Covid-19 case
Please let the University know if you are self-isolating and have told us you are studying/conducting research on-campus:
Please let the University know if you (or someone you line manage) are self-isolating and/or have tested positive for Covid-19.
You will also need to contact your manager and let them know that you are self-isolating.
If you have informed the University that you are self-isolating and then subsequently test positive for Covid-19, you will need to resubmit this form and let us know about the positive test.
