On Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 September you can explore some of the University’s most interesting buildings - for free.
We are again taking part in Edinburgh Doors Open Day, one of the Capital's most popular free events.
The event allows vistors to venture behind the scenes of some of the city's most architecturally, culturally and socially significant buildings.
Our buildings range from historic Edinburgh landmarks to modern buildings which house some of the world’s most innovative research and teaching facilities.
Each Doors Open Day venue will host a range of free activities, designed to bring the history, design and the everyday use of the building to life.
Our Doors Open Day brochure has details of the buildings that are included, opening times and maps.
You can download a PDF version of the brochure (requires a PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader).
Please note that Old College and Talbot Rice Gallery are no longer participating in Doors Open Day.
Edinburgh College of Art and the Centre for Sport and Exercise will be participating in Doors Open Day.
Details available on the Doors Open Day website.
Saturday 24 September is also the University's Undergraduate Open Day.
