Education & previous employment I studied veterinary medicine at University College of Dublin, completing my undergraduate studies in 2013. I was then employed as an equine veterinarian in Ireland, Australia and England. I moved to Edinburgh in 2017 to undertake a PhD and an equine surgical residency as part of the ECAT programme.
Scientific interests My PhD focuses on the role of DNA methylation as a determinant of organism size.
