Health and wellbeing
How to stay fit and active on campus, as well as resources and services to support your wellbeing.
The College, along with the wider University, is committed to developing a working environment and practices that help maintain and improve staff and student mental and physical health.
There are opportunities across all campuses for staff and students to incorporate physical activity into their working day and bike parking for those who like to cycle to work.
Keeping fit and active
If you fancy an indoor workout, climbing, swimming or access to daily exercise classes, head along to the Pleasance sports complex and gym. Discounted staff memberships and entry available.
You can find exercise classes and workshops at the Easter Bush gym.
There is a Jog Scotland group on campus. All levels of runners, including complete beginners, are very much welcome and there are a great variety of routes in the area.
