There are opportunities across all campuses for staff and students to incorporate physical activity into their working day and bike parking for those who like to cycle to work.
Staff interested in running can join the Jog Scotland group who run on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes. All levels of runners from complete beginners upwards are very welcome.
If you fancy an indoor workout, climbing, swimming or access to daily exercise classes, head along to Sport & Exercise on the Pleasance. Discounted staff memberships and entry available.
If you fancy a high intensity pre-work exercise class, Natalie Corr runs a 30 minute metafit class every Monday evening at 5.30pm in room G.01 of the RDVS Teaching Building. £4 per class (£3 for students), with no booking necessary.
You can also find other exercise classes and workshops at the Easter Bush gym.

Staff working in IGMM can enjoy free access (following an induction) to the gym there which is equipped with a range of CV equipment and weights.
