Stress Awareness Day 2019 - Top tips from our students

6th November is National Stress Awareness Day. To mark the event, we've put together a handy infographic containing stress-busting advice from our past and present PhD students.

It's no secret that postgraduate students are particularly prone to stress. Writing up dissertations and preparing for vivas can add extra layers of tension or anxiety which can occasionally overwhelm us. 

To mark National Stress Awareness Day, we put together some handy advice from our current and past PhD students on how to relieve the added tension that comes with postgraduate study. Check out the infographic below to read some of the concrete ways that our research students tackle stress.
