Photographs of graduate reunions record milestone events since the millennium.
Though graduates are decreasing in number with the passage of time, there have been a number of historic reunions and celebrations linked to the Polish School and the Historical Collection which have brought graduates, current scholars and senior Polish medical university academic staff together in Edinburgh. Some of these occasions are captured below.
In June 2006 graduates and friends gathered in Edinburgh to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Polish School of Medicine and the 20th anniversaries of the Memorial Fund and Historical Collection.
They were joined by senior academic representatives from Polish medical universities, visiting Memorial Fund scholars and other invited guests.

The graduate reunion held in 2011 marked the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Polish School and was combined with a major exhibition, which also celebrated Polish Constitution Day. For more on these events, go to the 70th anniversary section.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Jagiellonian University Medical College during this reunion - for more on this event go to Memorandum of Understanding.
