Mathematics MSc Programmes

Admissions

How to apply for Operational Research MSc programmes.

Eligibility

All students on the programme are required to have a certain level of mathematical and English skills described in detail in the eligibility section and strong computing skills can compensate for lower levels of other skills. Note that to apply it is not necessary to satisfy the English language requirements. An offer conditional on providing a satisfactory language certificate can be made.

Applications for study in 2018-19

Following our experience in recent admissions cycles, if you wish to study in 2018-19 you are strongly advised to submit your application early since this will increase your chance of being made an offer of a place on the programme.

Applications for study in 2018-19: References

Note that only one reference is now required. If you graduated within the past 3 years then this should be an academic reference, otherwise an employment reference is sufficient. During the application process, it may appear that the details of two referees are required but this can be circumvented by entering the details of a single referee twice.
