How the University is supporting the local area

The University is working to adapt its own operations in order to deliver key work while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of its students and staff.  Many staff at the University are also engaged in important efforts to curb the spread of Covid-19.

The University of Edinburgh is in contact with key local partner organisations. We are eager to find ways in which the University can support the local community where possible. If you have an idea you want to share with us, please contact local@ed.ac.uk

We are also keen to share the stories of people who live or work in the Edinburgh region and how they are responding to Covid-19. If you are open to sharing your story on the Edinburgh Local website and social media, please email local@ed.ac.uk or contact Edinburgh Local on social media.
