The 32 commitments
We have worked with the community to come up with 32 commitments that we promise to deliver on over the next four years.
In order to deliver positive change, we know we need to develop a ‘whole institution’ approach to working with our local communities. This means that we will draw on our research, education, staff (academic and professional services) and students, to co-create opportunities and projects which have measurable and sustainable impacts.
Our commitments are split into five categories:
Support social impact
Our commitments 1 - 7
Share knowledge and experience
Our commitments 8 - 17
Build close connections
Our commitments 18 - 23
Provide services to our communities
Our commitments 24 - 27
Open up our estate
Our commitments 28 - 32
