Undergraduate Studies Group
The Undergraduate Studies Group is the forum in which decisions regarding undergraduate curriculum development are taken.
Membership
- Academic representative from each subject area.
- Student representatives.
Remit
- To promote the implementation of College strategy in course and curriculum development.
- To propose undergraduate curriculum changes.
- To promote the sharing of good practice.
- To debate matters remitted to it on general issues, for example student regulations/support or progress.
- To consider cross-School or cross-College curriculum developments.
- To make nominations of external examiners for undergraduate examinations to College Undergraduate Studies Committee.
- To approve all requests for concessions other than those requiring a relaxation of regulations.
- To report to College Undergraduate Studies Committee.
