Postgraduate study

Our postgraduate community

Get the most out of postgraduate life in literatures, languages and cultures by joining our reading groups, journal teams and more.

The postgraduate community in the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures (LLC) brings together people of all backgrounds, experiences, ages and abilities.

There are lots of ways in which you can collaborate within and across the School and the wider University, from regular research and student-led work-in-progress seminars, to reading groups, conferences, workshops, performances and film screenings.

You can also hone writing, editing, reviewing and publishing skills through FORUM, a peer-reviewed journal for postgraduate students working in culture and the arts.

As we are currently between academic years, we are reviewing and updating the list of activities students can get involved in. Each academic semester, funding is available to support new ideas and initiatives. Watch this space!
