We are here to support your learning, academic development and wellbeing over the course of your masters programme. We can also help you to access more specialised guidance.
We will support you to talk to the right people so that you can address any challenges and get the most out of your studies, from quick fixes to longer term development.
Within our School, support is available from:
- the Student Advisers in our Student Support team
- academic members of staff
- our Postgraduate Research Office for Masters by Research students
We can also draw on the expertise of colleagues and services across the University of Edinburgh.
Are you a current student?
You will find more detailed information about Student Support on our LLC Student Information Hub.
This is for all students - undergraduate and postgraduate.
There are dedicated sections on student experience and wellbeing, and on academic support.
You will need your student log in to access the site.
If you’d like to speak to a Student Adviser, our working hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (UK time).
Many of us work on a hybrid basis - a mixture of on-campus and digitally - so please email us in the first instance, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Alternatively, we are offering bookable online appointments.
