Teaching Fund Application Form

Funding is available from the School Teaching Fund to support a number of teaching related activities.

The fund will support any activity that furthers teaching excellence in the School including but not limited to:

Attendance at teaching conferences, workshops, and training courses
Investigations into learning and teaching in the School
One-off learning events
Group training activities and teaching away days.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year (unless funds are fully allocated). You will not normally be awarded more than £500 per year. Applications will be assessed by a small panel comprising the Director of Undergraduate Studies and two Department Heads.

Requests with potential to enhance the School culture of learning and teaching will be given priority. As the aim of this fund is to support professional development requests for teaching materials will not be considered.
