The Spanish Play 2018: Bodas de Sangre

Each year, students from Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies (SPLAS) produce, direct and perform a play in Spanish.

This year’s production is Federico García Lorca’s 1930s classic, 'Bodas de Sangre' ('Blood Wedding'), set in rural Spain where societal rules keep love from taking the path it desires, with fatal repercussions...

The play will be performed in Spanish at Assembly Roxy, starting at 7pm each night.

Tickets are available online and in person at the venue (£7, concessions £5).
