Find out what happens after you submit your application.
We endeavour to process your application as quickly as possible. The application deadline is Sunday 12 December 2021 at midnight (GMT).
Make sure you check your email regularly for communications from us. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK time) and we will communicate with you within the following timescales:
1. Application acknowledgement
Following your application submission, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt and to tell you what to do next. You will prompted to send us the supporting documents for your application, which must be sent to us within 24 hours.
2. Application outcome
Once we receive your supporting documents, we will email you within 1 working day to confirm if we can offer you a placement. If any information or documentation is missing, we will let you know. If you are offered a placement, the email will request payment of the course fee and payment instructions will be included. We require full payment of the course fee within 24 hours of us requesting it.
3. Final payment and booking confirmation
Once applications formally close, we will email all students with further details about their course and important information to help get ready for the start date. If we have not been successful in recruiting the minimum number of students needed for your course to run, we will let you know and offer to transfer you to an alternative course, or provide you with a full refund.
