The programme fee for 2019/20 is £700. We do not require any payment or deposit from you prior to the start of the Access Programme.

Funding Options

Student Awards Agent for Scotland

If you earn less than £25,000 per annum and live in Scotland you may be eligible for funding from the Scottish Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS).  It is likely the Part-time Fee Grant will cover the majority of the programme fee but a student contribution for the remainder of the fee may be required.

You are responsible for payment of any remaining balance not covered by SAAS, in part or in full, if SAAS funding not obtained. Fees can be paid online via the University's own payment gateway. Students will be contacted after the start of the programme with payment instructions.

Unless stated, the course fee does not include the cost of materials. This includes any materials you may need to buy for the Access Art & Design courses. Details of any materials to be supplied by you will be provided prior to the start of the Programme. We estimate that the cost of materials will be around £50-£70 for the full programme.
