Structured Q&A model

This model builds Welcome Talks that are more responsive to student needs and also enables staff to learn more about new students’ concerns and starting points.

Structured Q&A

New students may be reluctant to raise their hand and ask questions in the typical Welcome Talk setting of a large lecture theatre. The Structured Question and Answer (Q&A) model encourages students to participate in dialogue with other students and staff in Induction Talks by providing them with alternative ways of asking questions.
