Reporting on your PTAS project

Information on reporting on your PTAS project (including template proformas to use). This section also advises how to acknowledge the funders of PTAS in any project dissemination.

Report deadlines

Short reports are expected on completion of all PTAS projects.

Small PTAS Grants (grants up to £2500): normally project reports should be submitted within a month of the project completion.

Regular PTAS Grants (grants of between £2501 and up to £18,000): project reports should be submitted within 4 months of the project completion.

Acknowledging our Funders in your Dissemination Activities

PTAS funding comes through the University of Edinburgh Development Trust's Edinburgh Fund, from donors and alumni of the University of Edinburgh. We would be grateful if you would use the following wording as an acknowledgement in your submission of journal papers, conference proceedings, seminar/webinars, local workshops or other dissemination activities as a way of thanking our donors and alumni for their contribution to your work:
