The purpose of the EdWeb Change Advisory Board and how to make a change request.

What is the Change Advisory Board?

The EdWeb Technical Change Advisory Board (CAB) exists to coordinate and manage the submission and  approval or rejection of Requests for Change (RFCs) to the central University Website, EdWeb Content Management System (CMS) services and EdWeb Distribution.

The group is made up of representatives from across the University Colleges, Support Units and EdWeb service stakeholders, who meet regularly to fulfil this purpose.

How do I suggest a change to EdWeb?

If you would like to suggest a change to EdWeb, first read the guidance on the EdWeb Change Advisory Board wiki. You can then complete the two-stage process to submit a change request to the CAB.
