User Experience (UX) service


Staff who come along to our UX training sessions enjoy seeing the theory behind user experience techniques being put into practice.

We’ve been gathering feedback from out sessions from the start, and using it to keep improving. A common theme is that staff who follow the work of the UX Service through our blog and the Web Publishing Community sessions find it particularly useful to work through the theory in a series of practical exercises.
