Resource Lists: Information for Course Organisers

The Resource Lists service makes it easier for academics to request core teaching materials from the Library. Help is provided by the Library to set up and review lists.

 Deadline: Semester 2 2019/20

If you'd like a Resource List for a Semester 2 course, send your list to the Library by Wednesday 23rd October. You can still send lists to the Library after the deadline, but we can't guarantee all items (including scans) will be available for the start of teaching. Use the online form if you'd like the Library to set up the list or, if you're setting it up yourself, use the 'Send list for review' button to send the list to us to review.

Training sessions: Book via MyEd for An Introduction to Resource Lists on 9th October or 17th October.

New lists option 1: Resource List created by Library

Course Organisers can send their reading lists to the Library and we will set up a Resource List for their course. Send your Semester 2 lists by 23rd October 2019.

New lists option 2: Resource List created by Course Organiser

Course Organisers can create their own Resource Lists using Leganto. Set up your Semester 2 list and send it the Library to review by 23rd October 2019.

Send your Resource List to the Library for review

Course Organisers can send their Resource Lists to the Library to review throughout the academic year. Send lists for review when new items have been added or new digitisations have been requested.

Use Resource Lists to manage course reading

Resource Lists are the Library’s preferred route for managing the provision of course reading. Using your Resource List, you can request book purchases, ask the Library to move books to HUB/Reserve, and request copyright-compliant digitisations.
