The following pages provide information on the materials stored in the University Collections Facility (formerly known as the Library Annexe) and also provide information about how to access these items.

Important Service Update

Please note that the requesting of general collection items from the University Collections Facility will cease temporarily from 5pm on Friday 18th December 2020 for the duration of the  festive period. We will attempt to fulfil all requests placed before 1pm on 18th December. Requesting will resume on 5th January 2021. 

Requests for physical general collection items through DiscoverEd have resumed for University students and staff (including Lothian Health Board Staff) as of Tuesday 3rd November 2020.
