Why can't I make a request?

There may be times when you cannot place a request on an item.

• You cannot make a request on an item that is not on loan.
• You cannot make a request on a Reserve item.
• You cannot request an item if you have reached your request limit. The request limit for each person is 10 items; this includes items waiting to be collected.
