How to change the language of an article

Sometimes when searching DiscoverEd, you will find the abstract of an article is in English but the fulltext is in a foreign language.

Most webpages will provide a button on their website to change the language but if not, you can use Google Translate to read the article. You can also add the Google Translate browser extension which will automatically change the language of a webpage.
