The Centre for Research Collections is located on the 6th floor of the University of Edinburgh Main Library.

 

COVID-19 Closure 17 March 2020

Following recent government advice, we are closing all face-to-face services at the CRC, St Cecilia's Hall, School of Scottish Studies Archives & Library, and the University Collections Facility from 5pm today. Please note, all staff are moving to working from home and will not be on site with collections.

  • We will still be monitoring our email enquiries (is-crc@ed.ac.uk) and, where possible, will direct users to relevant online resources.

Self-service Photography and Scanning

Self-service photography of some material is permitted in the Wolfson Reading Room. A self-service scanner is also available.
