Special Collections Acquisitions and Transfers
We add to our collections by donation, purchase and by transfer within the University. This page provides guidance and contact information if you have something to offer us or to discuss with us.
As well as fitting with our Collecting Policy, internal transfers to University Archives are also based on what has been designated for transfer in active retention schedules developed by or in conjunction with the Records Management Section.
Legacy material that conforms to our Archival Selection Criteria will also be accepted for transfer.
For further information, please contact the Deputy University Archivist.
